We can't thank Mark enough for all of his help making our trip happen. He really took a lot off of our plate which helped us enjoy our time that much more. The extra night at Disney was awesome, and we appreciate him taking care of that for us at the last minute. We are already dreaming of our next trip and can't wait to work with him again.

We are so very grateful for Shannan Basile for making our very first family trip to Disney an amazing experience! Believe it or not, this was a last minute trip but Shannan worked day and night (literally) to help us pull it together. We had no idea how much planning we had in store for us, but Shannan walked us thru every step of the way! Since we were traveling with 2 young children we were very anxious about taking this trip-but I can truly say it was the BEST trip ever and we can't wait to go back! She was patient, knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and always made herself available when we needed help or a little extra direction! Looking forward to our next Disney trip planned by Shannan.
