While it is almost always best for us to work with a client from the very beginning stages of planning, sometimes guests start that process on their own, and ultimately decide they’d rather work with a knowledgeable travel professional instead. Planning vacations can be overwhelming and time consuming. We often have consumers come to us after they have booked their own trip, but they aren’t sure what to do next, the planning becomes more stressful than anticipated, or requires time their busy schedule just doesn’t allow. Even if you’ve already booked on your own, one of our trusted advisors may still be able to help!

Depending on the destination and vendor, some reservations may qualify for a transfer. Once we find out more about the package and accommodations you have booked (reservations booked most recently are more likely to qualify), we can advise you as to whether or not you can authorize your Grand Adventures consultant to take over your booking. This is done quickly and easily with a short form, all at no additional cost to you.

If transferring your existing reservation is not an option, many of our consultants offer Customized Research and Planning Fees. We work with you to determine what aspects of planning and trip execution you need assistance with, and will present a customizable plan and associated fee structure. There is no one size fits all here. Your agent will completely personalize this service and tailor that to fit your needs. Fees and services provided will be mutually decided on between you and your Grand Adventures consultant so that you can still benefit from their knowledge and expertise even if you’ve already booked your own trip.
